And high blood pressure is known as a major route that leads to stroke, it's not strange that much more number of men are dying over from these "brain attacks” as it often call. Well men are so ‘disadvantaged’ due to sexes. No, the answer simply lies in the difference lifestyles between men and women.

Men indulge more in smoking, alcohol drinking, tend to get overweight and moistly avoid exercise. And these 4 facts are known as risk factors for high blood pressure. In other words, men are fund of habits that encourages poor health is responsible for much of the difference.
