Dieting and Coffee – Why You Must Beware!

For millions of people around the world, drinking one or more cups of coffee has become normal and somewhat staple of life for them. Today, it is no longer strange seeing StarBucks on every corner.
Now you’re probably like most people wondering if coffee is really that good or so addictive. Well, I think it’s both and that good coffee almost has a sexy taste to it. Coffee does have rich tastes and full bodied. Only few things can be compared to it.

Well maybe chocolate, but that is another story. You do love drinking coffee and love a good cup of steaming hot Joe on a cold morning. isn’t it? I mean mere watching the steam come off the coffee as it snows outside is a very relaxing thought. And if ask anyone if coffee really good or so bad for you, the answer you get will depends on the fellow you pose the question to.

However, what normally happened is that those scientists get paid good sums of money by a company to help them prove a point. Simply put, they pay the scientists off.

But as in every other thing you do, you must drink coffee with self-control. A cup or two a day should be considered okay, but if you have to engage in gulping a pot of coffee every hour, definitely, you may be asking for trouble. And it doesn’t matter the adverts and some scientist tell you it will definitely bring some negative effects on you.

I personally know guys who engage in drinking coffee this way. They were constantly drinking it - from the time they wake up to the time they go to bed. This is common in alcoholics.

Now let me show you some terrible results of coffee, thus:

Coffee stains your teeth

You and I know what the color of coffee stained teeth are. It is up there with cigarette smoke stained teeth. Though you can buy stuff to whiten your teeth, but I advice that you should instead cut back on your coffee brew.

Coffee gives you bad breath

Have you ever perceive the breath of someone who is a heavy coffee drinker? Gush …it smells horrible. I would prefer to smell shit with flies buzzing around it.

Coffee raises your stress levels

Drinking too much coffee is known to raise anxiety levels and can cause you to become stressed out. Anyway I’m this fact isn’t any news to you. Haven’t you see how a person shakes after drinking much coffee?  


Coffee can raise the risk of a heart attack

Coffee has a component that naturally elevates the heart and blood pressure. And science is still somewhat out on this, which of course shouldn't be much of a surprise to you. Now do you still think, if coffee can rise your heart drinking too much of it is good for your health?

This does sound too good to be true? Maybe it does, but it’s the Coffee contains boron, which is a chemical that helps curb prostate cancer.

Coffee is a good social drink

in a social gathering those who don’t drink alcohol may find it a somewhat pleasant time to move to the coffee house to chat all the time. You may desire to meet a new person over a cup of coffee.

Drinking a cup once a while can’t hurt you. After all you just might come across a nice friend over that cup of Joe. It’s good to ‘wash down a meal.

In many cultures of the world, it will be regarded as bad-mannered to either start a meal or finish one without having a cup of coffee. It is not proven that coffee helps digestion process, but it certainly tastes nice after a meal.

However, remember in that in all things, moderation should be observed so as to not injure your health and general wellbeing. What goes into your stomach should be taken lightly at all.

So if you feel that you’re somehow indulging in drinking too much coffee, then you should cut back on it. Yes, coffee does taste good but it’ll turn out that you would have done yourself more damage that good.

Finally, remember as I’ve told you in the above paragraph that one or two cups of coffee a day isn’t enough to hurt your health.
